At Protect, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all original items. Please ensure your garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer, ensuring all fashion tags are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
